- We offer an “After School Academic Hour,” often referred to as After School Tutoring, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30. It is a great time for students to stay after school for extra help in subjects they may be struggling with or a time to do homework. If you are interested in signing up, please have your child pick up a form in the office. Students can join any time of the year.
- Mr Evans has also started “After School Weight Training” on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30. Students can pick up a form in the office. Students can join any time during the school year.
Mrs. Smith, A HUGE NOTRE DAME FAN, spent the day dressed in Penn State clothing from head to toe! The students at Marticville were challenged to fill her office with food for the food bank at the Loft, a program located in the Millersville Brethren in Christ Church. The Loft is a program for Penn Manor families in need. In addition to the food bank there are also household items, clothing and furniture. Donations are always appreciated.
Although Mrs. Smith was not thrilled about wearing the Blue and White, she was thrilled with her students generosity. Marticville Rocks!
